Union Park Veterinary Hospital Referral Program
When you refer a new client to our practice, they’ll receive $35 off their pet’s first exam, and you’ll receive $35 off your pet’s next exam.
If you received a referral card at one of your recent visits, simply write your name on the back and ask your friend to bring it with them to their first visit.
If you don’t have a referral card, that’s okay too! Just ask them to give us your name during their first visit, and we’ll take care of the rest.
